When we arrived after a 6 hour drive, no one was able to use a bathroom because there was not a single tissue in the entire house. House is pretty for the picture but upon arrival we found several things that were not in the best condition. The living room furniture: couches actually hurt your buttons, not comfy at all. Chairs at the kitchen breakfast bars were cheap and did not stay in the desired positions (kept sliding down). Bathtub in the master, shower pressure was very low, couldn't get a steady shower as the switch was not working properly. The stopper for a bath was not operable either. The chairs in the backyard are rusted so we did not use them in fear that they would just fall apart. No broom or dust pan to clean up with..The property was beautiful but the actual house needs a better cleaning. There were long strands of hair everywhere. Worst of all in the kitchen, in the dishes. Host wanted $55 to use the grill and $55 to heat the pool...Not reasonable considering the price of the townhouse and the lack of toiletries. Overall I would not recommend the house.

Had a lovely stay on Moon Valley Drive.
House was clean, nicely decorated & Cosy. We slept so well as mattresses were very good quality and really comfortable. Pool area was adequate but heating at this time of year is required. I was a bit surprised and disappointed at the cost of heating it. I would return without hesitation.

The home and location were excellent. The house was beautiful and clean , I would suggest for the price we paid for 2 weeks there should have been more towels , toilet paper, garbage bags everyday essentials, And the bbq was locked up called for someone with the code , said they would come right away but never showed up 2 days we waited , So we went too Walmart and had to purchase a portable bbq , there was no communication we called and called nobody got back too us ,

We stayed in this property from for 20 nights in September we love this area as it is just a short drive to the attractions and restaurants.
When we arrived it was late and dark as our flight was delayed the property smelt nice and clean so we went out for something to eat and then to bed as we were very tired. We woke up the following morning and it was then that we noticed a few minor issues as it was Sunday I just sent a message through the app on my phone and was responded to very quickly both the management company, pool company, cleaning company, maintenance company resolved all our issues on Monday morning it was truly amazing so might think it would impact on your stay but it didn't the level of customer service was truly amazing. The property is lovely and very spacious it is truly a home from home would highly recommend 1606MV to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again. The oasis club is very nice a real resort feeling staff are so friendly and helpful we spent a couple of days just lazing by the pool, the food at the oasis is also amazing and the cocktails even better.
1606MV has all the creature comforts you would expect from a luxury Town home and the beds are super comfy. Cant wait to go back.

Home Vacations Rentals was an excellent company to deal with. Very helpful and and answered any questions very quickly. Villas was exactly as the pictures. Villa was immaculately clean and very well equipped. Literature for resort would be useful. Would definitely book with them again.

Overall in general, the perfect getaway!
Very relaxing and enjoyable, only one small problem I had with this location. The back porch ceiling fan didn't work. Other than that 5 stars, I would recommend this spot to anyone. Home away from home!
My family and I look forward to doing this again in the near future. Your services were greatly appreciated! :)

When we reached the house was clean and perfect, our family loved every inch of that house. Me I personally loved the kitchen, that house I a perfect vacation home for family. I was sad to leave and for sure we will be coming back to stay.

Our HomeAway experience could not have been better. We didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect and the condo was fabulous. We will definately be using them again for future visits to the Orlando area.

The townhouse is brand new and very nicely decorated. There are TV's in every room, Wi-Fi, and a private screened in pool and patio. The Champion's Gate community is gated, and still growing. There is access to the large pools and lazy river just a few blocks from the townhouse. Access to Hwy I-4 is very close and only 10 minutes to Disney properties. Close to Publix, Walgreen's, and a variety of restaurants.

We recently stayed in this. Beautiful townhome. It was perfect for sour family of 4 Along with my parents. The house was impeccable and so comfy. I absolutely love the neighborhood and all that the clubhouse has to offer! Management company was a pleasure and super helpful, even on thanksgiving night. I look forward to staying again very soon as Orlando is a place we visit a lot.

The house was immaculated, very clean and nice furniture. The management company has a great customer service, they were kind and prompt since when we first quote and the same way along our stay. I was impressed they really work 24/7 as we called them for assistance at 1AM and they were right there.

We have done Orlando vacation a few times but this was the most relaxing and most enjoyable vacation ever only because of the great accommodations at this house. It had everything we needed to spread out and relax after a day at the parks. Very clean, very well kept, excellent customer service. We will be staying here on every future Orlando trip.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean, bright, and large. It had a great eat in kitchen and plenty of room in the bedrooms for our group of 6. It was close enough to Disney (20 minute drive at 7:30 am). Property management was great in dealing with the pool heat issue right away. The only hiccup was a paving notice from the homeowners association which couldn’t be helped by property management. Overall this was a great and spacious location providing good value for money.

Good spot for Disney with plenty of room for 5! We were treated to a clean bathrooms and a nice kitchen. I would recommend stocking some additional items in the kitchen (sugar packets for coffee, more utensils) and leaving a few extra towels, however we just grabbed towels from the additional bathroom since we were a small party..
