The house was clean and had plenty of clean towels. The pool was nice and my children loved it. The only thing I would recommend is new TVs. None of them are smart tvs so it’s difficult to connect with apps for the kids. The TV in the master turns the volume up and down by its self. Obviously tv isn’t the biggest issue in the world but with kids it’s helpful.

This was our first time staying at this property. The house was really nice and fit everyone perfectly. The pool was kept up every day and the trash went out every day as well, which was really nice. The only bad thing I have to say is that we could not get in touch with The management company, thankfully, we did not have anything go terribly wrong. The sheets were a little worn and had holes in some of them. One coffee maker was broken, so we went to get the other coffee maker out of the closet, and a guest had left coffee in it, and it was moldy and was never cleaned and then one of the bedside tables were broken, but my family always has tools so they fixed it and put it back. We always like to leave properties better than we found them, so we let management know about the coffee maker because we did not want anyone to think we left it like that. It was a great stay in a great location, and I wish we could’ve stayed longer! There was ample parking and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. We had a two year-old with us and I never felt they were unsafe, if there was anyone wanting to bring kids. The house really did have everything that you could need other than the coffee maker, which was fine because we got coffee on the way to the parks. A big perk was that Disney’s Animal Kingdom was super close and we got there in no time, we really loved that about the location. The house was also close to all the grocery stores and restaurants that you could want. Lastly, I really liked how the neighborhood was hatted and you had to scan a code to get in! The security guards were also amazing!

When you advertise a private pool with pool heat available, then the pool heat should be available. A pool in January is worthless and not useable in January without heat. The setting of this condo was excellent. Condo code was incorrect and names were not given to front gate so accessing unit was an issue. We experienced so many issues that took us four days to handle main issues. Other issues we just lived with. There was plumbing and water issues in the kitchen, cockroaches throughout the property.Issues with dryer vent (not addressed)and fire alarms. No cable for TVs in kids room. The only complaint I have is the gate gave us such a bad experience,I’m having second thoughts of staying there again, every time we enter the gate, they would tell us that we are not booked, I had the paperwork and everything, but still weren’t let in, I had to keep calling the management company to get it authorized, it was horrible.

The house was beautiful and clean , I would suggest for the price we paid for 2 weeks there should have been more towels , toilet paper, garbage bags everyday essentials, And the bbq was locked up called for someone with the code , said they would come right away but never showed up 2 days we waited , So we went too Walmart and had to purchase a portable bbq , there was no communication we called and called nobody got back too us ,

Had a lovely stay on Moon Valley Drive.
House was clean, nicely decorated & Cosy. We slept so well as mattresses were very good quality and really comfortable. Pool area was adequate but heating at this time of year is required. I was a bit surprised and disappointed at the cost of heating it. I would return without hesitation.

This property is in urgent need of decorating and a deep clean. There were scuff marks on the walls, stains on the carpet, mould in the shower cubicles and generally not clean. The amount of towels provided for the number of people staying was grossly inadequate and they were poor quality and old, some almost threadbare.. No sheet was provided on one of the beds just a top quilt (likely not laundered judging by the smell and extremely unhygienic) although later in our stay we did find a sheet on a top shelf in one of the cupboards. We also had a problem with roaches. The management company sent someone to spray but a few days later the roaches returned. Would neither recommend or return. Very disappointed.

While the Management Company was wonderful to work with over our two month stay, there were so many issues with this townhouse that made our stay unbearable. The washing machine was broken. The roof leaks. The thermostat broke. The Master Bedroom King bed was soiled and the stuffing was coming out of the mattress, the bed frame also broke. The living area furniture was very uncomfortable. The repairman was only able to fix the bed frame and the thermostat, the owner would not fix the rest. We rent in Orlando every winter and have never experienced anything as uncomfortable as this rental. There were also Police sirens all night long. Several Renters were very loud and were using illegal drugs. We did not feel safe.

We stayed in this property from for 20 nights in September we love this area as it is just a short drive to the attractions and restaurants.
When we arrived it was late and dark as our flight was delayed the property smelt nice and clean so we went out for something to eat and then to bed as we were very tired. We woke up the following morning and it was then that we noticed a few minor issues as it was Sunday I just sent a message through the app on my phone and was responded to very quickly both the management company, pool company, cleaning company, maintenance company resolved all our issues on Monday morning it was truly amazing so might think it would impact on your stay but it didn't the level of customer service was truly amazing. The property is lovely and very spacious it is truly a home from home would highly recommend 1606MV to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again. The oasis club is very nice a real resort feeling staff are so friendly and helpful we spent a couple of days just lazing by the pool, the food at the oasis is also amazing and the cocktails even better.
1606MV has all the creature comforts you would expect from a luxury Town home and the beds are super comfy. Cant wait to go back.

Very relaxing and enjoyable, only one small problem I had with this location. The back porch ceiling fan didn't work. Other than that 5 stars, I would recommend this spot to anyone. Home away from home!

When we reached the house was clean and perfect, our family loved every inch of that house. Me I personally loved the kitchen, that house I a perfect vacation home for family. I was sad to leave and for sure we will be coming back to stay.

Home Vacations Rentals was an excellent company to deal with. Very helpful and and answered any questions very quickly. Villas was exactly as the pictures. Villa was immaculately clean and very well equipped. Literature for resort would be useful. Would definitely book with them again.

We arrived at the property location and were immediately impressed by the guarded gated entrance There is a great club house with two pools, small gym and Tiki bar. We were a party of 6, and the four bedroom town house was large enough to comfortably accommodated us.The property appeared very clean HOWEVER, we arrived on a Thursday night at 9.45pm and upon entering and turning on the bedside lamp in one of the children’s bedrooms, we saw 100’s of ants going up the wall and in the Lamp, the wall was almost covered.We searched the property for any insect repellent which there was none. We called and sent a message to the management team asking if someone could attend as we believed there was a nest somewhere in or just outside of the room. We had to immediately locate the nearest store 10 minutes away and purchase bug spray this was made even more difficult as there was no welcome/useful information pack. We had to spend the next hour moving the furniture applying bug spray and hoovering up the dead and live ants. 2 days later the-managemen company returned our call. They Said they would send over an exterminator the following day and that the property would need to be empty. We vacated the property for 2 hours at the given time. We returned to find a stranger sitting outside in his truck. He did not gesture or approach us. We entered the property and he drove off. Half an hour later we received a call from the management company saying the exterminator could not complete his work as he saw the guests entering the property. We explained that we had vacated the property for 2 hours during the times cut a long story short, no one attended the property until 5 days after we reported the problem. When they did the exterminator put down cockroach poison. On the 9th night after a very hot day the ants were back and had spread to the upstairs hallway. We took photos and sent them to the management company. They replied implying that the infestation was our fa

I would recommend stocking some additional items in the kitchen (sugar packets for coffee, more utensils) and leaving a few extra towels, however we just grabbed towels from the additional bathroom since we were a small party..

The house was immaculated, very clean and nice furniture. The management company has a great customer service, they were kind and prompt since when we first quote and the same way along our stay. I was impressed they really work 24/7 as we called them for assistance at 1AM and they were right there.

I was very disappointed with not being able to speak with the property manager, I needed to take care of my final payment couldn't get anyone on the phone, she would respond via email and always in a meeting. 4 days before it was time to come to the reserved property I was notified via email that the property had water issues and was no longer available and we would be relocating. In which due to the previous issue with the manager following through and communicating with me scared me. I was moved from a home to a condo and only offered heating for the pool to accommodate my family. When asked if there was a price difference I was told no she could offer us a heated pool during our stay, upon arrival the key code didn't work she had to change it and still never came to see me after all the mishaps during the process. Overall the condo worked out and the stay was very nice

Our HomeAway experience could not have been better. We didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect and the condo was fabulous. We will definately be using them again for future visits to the Orlando area.

The townhouse is brand new and very nicely decorated. There are TV's in every room, Wi-Fi, and a private screened in pool and patio. The Champion's Gate community is gated, and still growing. There is access to the large pools and lazy river just a few blocks from the townhouse. Access to Hwy I-4 is very close and only 10 minutes to Disney properties. Close to Publix, Walgreen's, and a variety of restaurants.

The townhouse is brand new and very nicely decorated. There are TV's in every room, Wi-Fi, and a private screened in pool and patio. The Champion's Gate community is gated, and still growing. There is access to the large pools and lazy river just a few blocks from the townhouse. Access to Hwy I-4 is very close and only 10 minutes to Disney properties. Close to Publix, Walgreen's, and a variety of restaurants.

The location appeared pretentious with the gated entry. That was a bit funny because on two occasions we entered without anyone at the guardhouse! The location was very clean (almost new), but the trek up the stairs to reach three of the bedrooms was very steep. Also, there wasn't a lot of privacy with other families using pools just a wall away. I thought the value was not what we had received at other Homeaway locations. I will say that it was nice having parking just out the front door.
