This property is the perfect choice for your vacation as it has the combination of great location, recently renovated interior and beautiful outdoor and amenities.

Located right by Disney World, I4 and 429, the Villa is minutes away from all attractions and outlets in Central Florida while being in a calm and quiet community that has great amenities, such as a basketball court and playground for the children.

It has been recently repainted and renovated, as well as it now has a 24/7 team that can assist with any questions or concerns prior, during or even after your stay.

We do self check in, therefore you won’t have to meet with anyone or grab any keys. You’ll receive a door code that works for your whole stay, however if any questions or concerns arise we are one call away and 24/7.

I planned and communicated with the host several times to have the pool heated in advance as stated in the description, this was not done or addressed before arriving and I never received a call back for any of my concerns,my guests and I left feeling this was an unprofessional experience. I feel there was no housekeeping done, the bathroom (master) sink stopper was broken and wouldn’t let the water out- couldn’t use it, there was dirty smelling old water in the dishwasher- if there was housekeeping this would have been ran through a fresh cycle-that would not have been there. There's an overgrown tree that was clearly obvious on arrival- if there was housekeeping- to notice, send someone out to fix it because it blocked half the driveway and couldn’t get your car on unless you wanted tree branches laying across your vehicle and screen in the pool area was still torn, previously in a review. The light for the pool patio didn’t work -we couldn’t go out after dark because of no lighting and was pitch dark! IF this is housekeeping, it is the worst housewarming from an unprofessional company. The code didn’t work for the front door when we arrived, that was the only time I was able to get to speak to someone but when I reached out to the number again with my other concerns I was told that it was only for emergencies and if I had other concerns I had to contact through the company -which was unsuccessful, never got anyone to respond although the company says 24/7. The pool table that is mentioned is uneven-the balls fall out of pockets. There are many misleading statements made in the house description and house is not kept up. In speaking with someone after our stay was over from seeing all the emails I had sent, I was given an excuse for their unprofessionalism, that I did not pay for the pool heating, as I was never contacted about my request nor was this request ever addressed in my reservation. We love the house only problem you wake up with ants on you almost everyday and the front of the house the parking in driveway both our cars was covered with ants had to wash so many times but other than that we loved it will rent again hope the ants will be gone and front curb. Appeal can be better.
