Pros: The location was perfect. The resort was nice and lots of things for kids to do.
Cons: We were not given enough towels for everyone. We had to give security our drivers license every time we came thru. The beds were the noisiest I have ever heard in my entire life. The sheets seemed to be clean, but were stained.

Looking for relatively cheap accommodations for Disney, this is it. Paid to have the pool heated, which was worth the $$. They serviced the pool midweek-kids got a rash. Pool lounge chairs ripped. Carpets not clean, rug taped to floor, towel bars taped to wall, paid extra for grill to be “unlocked,” propane was empty, decided not to fill as we would only use it 2x. Teflon peeling off kitchen pans. No kitchen dish soap or sponge. 1 garbage bag, 2 dishwasher pods. 1 roll (partly used) TP in each bathroom, no extra. Resort pool crowded. Needed to be there by 9:15 to get 1-2 chairs. Forget it after that. Lines to get drinks/food. Clearly not large enough for the number of units that pool is available to. Would recommend due to location. If you are picky, pass on this.

A localização e o condomínio são muito bom, a casa precisa de uns reparos como o teto da cozinha, o barulho do ar condicionado que acaba atrapalhando quem esta no quarto que fica no andar debaixo e como já tive uma casa para alugar no paradise palms, acho que falou deixar mais toalhas. Identificamos muito pó nas janelas dos quartos.

Dated and not kept up. All vents dirt/dust build up, blinds missing, A/C system was ****, no dish cloth or drying towels, couch was like sitting on floor ( bottom gone out of it), bed was so squeaky and uncomfortable, pool was dirty and no way to take depre out, all the lounge chairs were out back and all were broke, the amount of dust and dirt build up on mouldings was disgusting and carpet needs updating. Curtain rods hanging off the walls. What ever the pics showed online was the complete opposite when we arrived. I think it’s a total disgrace that people can rent these places out in this state and think it’s ok. We travelled a long distance and paid a lot of money and to arrive to that was disgraceful.

We stayed in property prior to Xmas and found it very nice. The pool was heated and very clean. Location was awesome. Beds were ok and loved have laundry in condo. Only thing I’d change is taking carpet out, as some wear on it.
