The vacation home was very clean and comfortable. The pool area needed weeding due to it not being done on arrival but we were informed and dealt with the next day. I would recommend this house to anyone and very clean and comfortable and good communication throughout our stay. Hope to return again very soon. Great value for money.

The place was nice, but the first day we got there, the garbage from previous renters was still out front. Other than that, the place was nice. My family enjoyed themselves.

Great stay. Home was spacious.
Hartini was wonderful and answered all our questions quickly.
She even dropped by on our first day did a walk through with my husband- explained the pool heat - and dropped off some extra blankets!!

You don’t want to spend any time to resolve vacation rental problems and try to get contact to the maintenance. With this company you get what is agreed and paid - pool/spa is hot, house is clean, linen clean, everything you need is available and as a cherry on the top, welcome pack at the table! If you need to get intouch with the maintanance (we did with the accident) you get them on the line asap andthe respons is helpfull andrast and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great location. Easy check in/check out. Pool was great! Would stay here again if we needed a large place. A few notes that I have told the management company about but wanted to mention here; the gas grill needs replacement immediately. Bad shape, dirty and falling apart. The can opener is broken,and the towel rack in the master upstairs fell off the wall. Some other things that are worth noting; the toaster only partially worked, the carpet upstairs needs to be stretched and in the master bedroom it needs to be cleaned, light bulbs need to be replaced in lamps in the living room and some bedrooms and the kitchen needs to have pot holders and dish towels. None of this would deter us from staying here again, but I did want to mention it. Perfect for a large family.

Our stay was great and the house was nice and cozy. The only problem was that we paid fr th pool to get heated and it was nt hot it was warm. To me it was the same temperature as the hot tub. If you plan to cook also bring extra pots. Overall it is a great property. I would rent again. We all enjoyed and had plenty of space.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rental was just as described with a lovely outdoor pool area. It was a family reunion and the older grandkids loved the game’s room and then playing in the pool later on! The adults loved the spa and the nice outdoor area! A wonderful vacation was had by all and we came from all all over to have a great time together!
We will definitely rent again, hopefully soon!!!

Champions Gate is a great community, the property has a lot to offer. The biggest drawback is the long wait times at the gate to enter the property. Additional personnel is needed during peak times.
