ChampionsGate Resort is approx. 10 miles to the nearest Disney park and about 15-20 minutes to all the other parks including attractions, restaurants, shops & outlet malls in Orlando area.

Overall it was a great vacation. The ac downstairs would not go below 76 so during cooking and hanging out it would get hot. House could use so updating. Limited to towels so bring your own. Pool was nice. Check in and out was very easy. We went to the clubhouse to use the pool area and my sons water bottle was taken and there was only one bar tender on who handled drinks and food order.

It was a good getaway. Not enough towels for a house of this size. There were no wash clothes. The house was clean. Need a few upgrades in the master bedroom. Overall it was a good stay.

My family and I had a blast at this house! Very nice decorated, very clean with plenty of space inside and outside. Pool area is large and the spa is like heaven!
The games room was also nice and we all gathered there as well, next to the kitchen area and with AC on!!!
The management company contacted us for a welcome call. That was nice!
Everything was perfect! I could only say the walls need to be painted. It didn’t bother us and we know it’s been an odd year but that’s something to be considered.

This home was beautiful and spacious enough for a big group of us to stay in it comfortably. The location was great, within perfect distance to Universal Studios, and we had no trouble getting into neighborhood and into house. House was clean and outdoor/pool area was very nice. The house is very spacious and well decorated and it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable stores right around the corner and the kids loved the pool and we even visited the lazy river at the club house pool and having the game room was great for relaxing evenings at the house

This home was beautiful, modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. There was more then enough room for everyone. The pool and jacuzzi were a big hit. My group and I love this home, will be coming back. The owner and manager were extremely pleasant and really accommodated us more then I could ever imagaine. I loved this home. This home met all of our needs. We had a family reunion and visited 4 theme parks, everything was so convenient to get to. I want to rent this beautiful home every year! My kids enjoyed this vacation so much. I was very skeptical about renting a vacation home, I won't be anymore after this experience. House was very well kept and management answered any concerns I had immediately.

All in all a great rental. One thing I would say that I was disappointed with was the communication with someone during our stay. Our coffee pot and toaster didn't work and I emailed the company and no one responded to my email. Other than that the place was beautiful.

We stayed the first week of December, had 5 adults and 3 children in our party and upon arrival we were very impressed with the home. They had a welcome basket of chocolates, sparkling cider and some games/toys for the kids waiting. Overall we all had a great time!

The size was more than sufficient to keep any of us feeling on top of each other, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms.
The pool and spa were great, tv’s having Netflix was a nice feature. The house was very clean.
The community clubhouse pool area was real nice. We spent two full days enjoying the lazy river, slide, and hot tub. Very relaxing days.

Some slight issues (that either were resolved quickly, or not really an issue):
1) the spa tub and pool were not as hot or warm as we had hoped upon arrival. I was able to text someone from the management office pretty easily and they were very amicable to turning up the heat to make the pool and spa a wonderful retreat after long days walking in the amusement parks. :)

2) the toaster didn’t work properly. We had to hold it down to toast but not a game stopper at all / not a big a deal.

3) no clear instructions of what to do with the trash during the week until the checkout when it stated to leave it in or by the front door bench. Not a big deal as we kept it in the garage and took a trip to the nearby community clubhouse parking lot dumpster.

4) The king bed mattress on the first floor, the one side of the bed sunk in, but it didn’t cause much of a sleeping issue and otherwise was comfortable enough. [Suggestion maybe to have someone lighter sleeping on that side though. :) ]

As I said previously, overall we were very satisfied with the home and really enjoyed our trip, and would rent from this property management again.
