You don't want to spend your time to trying to get touch with maintanance to complain. With this vacation rental everything was as promised - pool/spa was hot and clean, house spotless, everything included to cook and enjoy dinners, furnitures and linen clean and nice quality. And when we needed to get in touch with maintenance - respons was fast, frendly and effective. With excperience from 5 years at Championsgate vacation rentals, this is the one to rent again.

We stayed here in August 2018. property was as described and clean if a little tired. comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. close to all the amenities of the clubhouse. AVHR easy to deal with (especially Hartini) and prompt responses to queried including the few small issues during our stay. Very competitive pricing for the area and I would definitely use again.

Perfect Week. The vacation rental was beautiful . I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. House was clean and well decorated, plenty of room and beds. huge headed lazy river/pool, a splash pad and fully staffed bar and restaurant. I definitely return. Thanks Hartini

Can't say enough good things about this home and it's manager. House was super clean and tastefully decorated, plenty of room and beds. Neighborhood clubhouse and pool were amazing, huge headed lazy river/pool, a splash pad and fully staffed bar and restaurant. They had activities all day even though it was off season and slow. Easy access to highway and plenty of stores near by. Parks were 15 min drive although traffic on way home can be heavy. This will be our go to house for return visits. Owner/manager was very attentive and checked on us by text a few times to make sure everything was what we expected. Thanks Hartini

I had a group of friends and family for my 50th birthday to do some golf. The house was amazing. The only two things that most my quests shared with me was the hot water wasn’t hot and the jacuzzi wasn’t hot.
