Home was clean upon arrival. Kitchen stocked so so. Had to borrow things from neighbors but it worked. There was a broken chair left out on the patio near splash pool area. We just avoided it during our stay. The one master with the master bath attached has 2 twin beds in it, (one bed being broken and tilts). Find this off to not have a king in. None of the rooms have a king bed which would be nice for a husband and wife to sleep in. We felt the "queens" were all more like fulls. It is .75 Miles up to club house where all the pool activities are. You can get a gulf cart to pick you up and drop you for a tip. Pool is very crowded and VERY hard to get a seat. We would go and get a seat at 9 a.m to assure we would have one. One day we had seats for 4 hours to find out one of the loungers were left out in wrong area night before and it was very"cabana" seat and we had to give it up, with no others chairs available and management in pool area did not care that now my sister in law had to sit on the ground. We had friends that stayed around the corner on Windermere and they had several cars broke into one night. The security here is not on top of things. Lots of random people in and out of property as they don't check for their papers and scan them. Some gates are even just left open so surrounding neighbors in and out.
Pros: Clean, professional management, Close to Disney springs, short drive to universal city walk and stores.
Cons: Home could use some tlc and a king in one room. Security is iffy.
