Villa welcome letter didnt contact the key code, had trouble contacting management company prior to arrival.. Upon entering the villa it was dirty and run down crumbs in the cupboard and pool full of hair from previous guests, management company cleaned pool and asked me to send pics but we had already cleaned the mess as we didnt want to waste out holiday.. Storey Lake gate pass was a nightmare and only worked a couple of times, everyone had issues and cars were backed up. Ive stayed at many gated communities but this was by far the worse! Everything was ok. Beds are a little bit hard. Furniture (kitchen table, sofa, counter stools & outdoor table) were run down and need to be replaced. Screen door is broken. Other than that everything was perfect.

Let’s just say this property needs major renovations. The walls are filthy and need repainting throughout the entire house. New carpet is needed throughout. It is literally matted down and discolored. The couch is falling apart- the whole top layer of the leather is coming off. It’s disgusting. All of our linens had black marks on them. Looked like mascara smears. I emailed the property to request new pillowcases. Many hours later(about 9pm) a man randomly showed up at our door with new pillowcases. It would’ve been nice for them to actually respond to my email and let me know that they were going to follow through with my request rather than ignore my email. Had they done that, I would not have taken the time to strip *every bed* and clean the linens myself on the first day of our vacation. The dining room table is made of pressboard and deteriorating from water. When did pressboard furniture become luxurious? All the furniture is cheap pressboard. Night stands are falling apart and the pressboard on top is all bubbled and peeling. There is a huge screen missing over the pool lanai area, so tons of bugs. The pool screen is also ripped in many other places. The pool deck area was filthy with dirt, mulch, and bugs. We had to hose down the entire pool deck ourselves. The outdoor table has come apart from the base - basically falling apart. The umbrella you see in the photo is rusting in the corner of the lanai area and broken. No dish towels. No wash cloths. No baking pans or baking sheets so no way to bake anything in the oven like french fries or pizza. Only three kitchen stools left and they are cheap, squeaky junk. One real complaint I have is the rental company my moved our reservation to a different house, in a different neighborhood without even asking or notifying me. When I called they couldn't tell me a reason to why this happened but they did change us back to our original location. Just weird.

It was the worst experience in Orlando. The house eas dirty, the management company don ́t answer the phone, the heating pool was paid and never was turned on, the bbq grill was paid but was locked. Never more I ́ll be in a vacation home from At Home Vacations. The worst company of the world.

The ac was broke when we arrived. They knew it was broke and no one showed up until after 8pm to try to fix it. He couldn’t fix it so we had no ac that night and the house is as over 84 degrees. They said they would have someone out first thing in the morning. No one showed up until the afternoon and they still couldn’t fix it. The communication was horrible. I had to constantly call. They never contacted me and trying to contact them was a chore in itself. They ended up moving us to a new location and said they would refund us for the 1st night. I have yet to see a refund.

This townhouse is excellent in size, however it needs a lot of updating, scuffs on walls, kitchen cupboard doors hanging off a lot of wear and tear on sofa, table and bedside table. The pool is fantastic and a sun trap. I feel I paid a lot of money to rent but owner needs to update a lot of things and it would be perfect.

This home featured very spacious rooms, it was very clean throughout and was centrally located to parks , shopping and beaches were all about 1 hour and a bit each way whether it was Daytona or St Pete’s.
The house had everything we needed for the week. The only thing I could recommend is a safe in the houses like hotels offer for passports etc.....

We moved our clothes and placed a pan to catch the water daily. We were not able to use the pool on several days due to children using the bathroom in the pool causing closure of the pool

I could not find where I saved the door code and my husband’s celular phone went dead at 1AM. We called the management company and they were kind and assisted us right away. I find this a huge good thing as we felt we had support needed 24/7!!! We plan to come back to this same dream place!!

Great for our family of 6 adults + 1 toddler + 1 baby.

Layout: 1 bedroom on main plus 3 upstairs allowed us to separate the kids and sleep peacefully

Cleanliness: no dust, not one mark on the walls

Hot water: we often rent properties and hot water is an issue... we were 8 showering before dinner and never ran out of hot water!

Amenities: super basic.
- Doesn't offer many cooking tools, and whatever is offered is super cheap (spatulas, plates, dishrags, strainer) and insufficient for cooking a full meal.
- Zero starter cooking kit - no salt, pepper, oil, etc. Very minimal toilet paper and paper towels. What do they do with the stuff others leave behind? Throw it??
- No kid furniture. Could offer high chairs and a crib. We had to rent it and the mattress was gross, so we purchased and left it at the house. Hoping the house keeps it for future guests!!!

Common area: this is what put it over the top!! Common pool area, with splash pad, slides, lazy river, bar, snack bar, WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!

Service: a+, always quick replies.

Overall, wonderful stay. I would try another house that accommodates kids and offers more of the basic necessities, if that exists. Otherwise, if this is Storey Lake standard, I would indeed stay in this house again.

We had a wonderful stay at Storey Lake! The condo was in great condition and easy to access. It was clean, plenty of towels, and comfortable. Be sure to check the cabinets for the reusable cups for the Hide Away resort and several local parks to use during your stay! I feel these items are standard cleaning areas and they should be cleaned regularly. The utensils in the kitchen are very cheap, making meal prep not easy.

First off I was a little unsure about using this company. However, I’m so glad I did. Great customer services and very friendly staff. We’re already planning our next vacation using them. Now about the unit. It’s located within a mile or two from stores and and restaurants. Just a few miles from the gates of Disney.

Rental was great! Centrally located to Disney, Universal, Old Town and shopping. Unit was located on small pond which was nice as no one was directly behind you. We did not use any of the appliances but all looked great. Freezer will freeze water bottles solid overnight. There was no dish soap at the unit so you will need to bring or purchase a small bottle if planning on washing utensils or dishes. Small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap were provided in all bathrooms (3). If staying with a number of people more than a few days and not having the unit serviced it should be recommended to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The community pool looked beautiful but was not yet open the day we went and was unable to get back to it. The unit is in a gated community which feels secure. Sometimes there was a line getting through the gate. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

The community amenities were wonderful. The pool was so much fun, we never wanted to leave, and the gym was functional.

The property manger was very attentive. He checked in often to make sure we were ok. Also the workers with the community center were friendly.

I will say it was weird to have to re-fill things like toilet paper and buy dish soap. All of these homes seem to require it, but it’s annoying especially since we flew in. I wish that there were a different business model. I’d pay extra to not have to run to Walmart. Next time I go, I’ll ask if that’s an option.

Our whole family loves this place and we’d definitely stay here angsin and recommend it to friends.

My family and I stayed here during Hurricane Irma. The place is beautiful and very cozy. The owner is super sweet! She made us feel super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!!! Also it's in a great area. It's very close to a variety of restaurants and shops.

The house is located 20 minutes from Magic Kingdom. It's easy to get to Disney at anytime of the day.
There are shopping areas 10 minutes east and 10 minutes north.
Orlando downtown it's 40 minutes from the house.

The house description was very accurate. The house was very clean and brand new! The whole neighborhood is brand new.
There are no common amenities, but the house has a very good pool to relax. The pool maintenance is included in the price. Very clean.
The lake is very nice and clean. The hole "outside" from the house is covered by a net (it can be seen on the pictures).
The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are very well, beds are excellent.
There are lots of parking places at the front of the house.

The management company was very polite.

The only ISSUE I had was with ANTS. The house has ANTS all around and inside.
There are ANTS not only near the floors, also are ANTS (red ones) in the first floor, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc.
The ANTS issue was reported, but no solution was offered.
This is just something to have in mind if you have someone in your family allergic, like I did.

Still, OK experience.

The house was very clean and brand new! The whole neighborhood is brand new.<br/>There are no common amenities, but the house has a very good pool to relax. The pool maintenance is included in the price. Very clean.<br/>The lake is very nice and clean. The hole "outside" from the house is covered by a net (it can be seen on the pictures).<br/>The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are very well, beds are excellent.<br/>There are lots of parking places at the front of the house.<br/><br/>The management company was very polite.<br/><br/>The only ISSUE I had was with ANTS. The house has ANTS all around and inside.<br/>There are ANTS not only near the floors, also are ANTS (red ones) in the first floor, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc.<br/>The ANTS issue was reported, but no solution was offered.<br/>This is just something to have in mind if you have someone in your family allergic, like I did.<br/><br/>Still, OK experience.

Our rental was just as pictured or even more gorgeous. Everything looked brand new and worked well. Our only complaint was the lack of common rental items such as dishwashing detergent, pan scrubber, basic cleaning items such as counter top cleaner and windex. Our unit had a pretty bad ant problem in some of the downstairs closets that resulted in a bag full of ants even though there were no food items in those closets. The units are very new and don't always show up on the online maps which can cause some confusion for the Uber drivers.
