The showers could use some bars to hold in too, especially the downstairs master. It is extremely slippery and an older person could get seriously injured. The blinds in the windows look worn and have seen better days. The overall quality is not up to the standards of the neighborhood appearance. The website says it’s minutes away from Disney, but it took 40 minutes to get to any of the parks. We would definitely stay in that development again, but not that particular home.

Very disappointed- you changed the house I had booked- because the original house supposed was now not available.

This rental was extremely dirty upon arrival. We waited for the cleaners to finish about an hour after check in time. Dirty dishes, chips and food still in the carpet. We found pizza crusts in the couch cushions. Dirty socks under the bed. Pretty sure the bedding was not washed. Nothing was tidy. The refrigerator leaked water all over the floor. We had to keep a towel there at all times so no one would slip. Which was unfortunate because we had very few towels. Pool was unswimmable until day 3 or 4. After we repeatedly ask for help to get it running. We paid for a week of pool heating and it was only warm enough the last couple days of our trip. We were extremely disappointed. Looked nothing like the pictures. I would hate to have another family experience this. Look for another rental!! we have contacted Vrbo and they said they would take care of is, but never did anything.

The house was nice. It was not very clean the bathroom in the bedroom off of the kitchen wasn't clean. The bedding on the bed in the upstairs master had a huge stain. Floors were dirty. Most all of the TVs did not work, I tried to reach out to someone and the phone just rang and eventually hung up, very hard to get a hold of anyone at the management company. I feel like this home needs a little TLC fresh paint and carpet would go a long way also new mattresses and more linens would be helpful. I would not recommend this property only because of the uncleanness and lack of response with the management company.

Our stay at this property was awesome. We had 16 people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. Having the pool was great! The kids could have not been happier! I would definitely rent this house again when coming to Orlando.

Very nice and spacious house. But, the house needs updating. For example, sink knob in kitchen was broken/loose, it kept coming off when we turn on/off faucet. Refrigerator drawers were cracked and unable to open for use. Couch in living area upstairs is peeling.

The house has great bones. Although this is not the fault of the management company and because it was a long holiday weekend the gate was not prepared for the influx of people. We were waiting in a line of cars to just get checked in at the gate for over an hour. Although the community was packed with holiday renters it was quiet and very family oriented. The home needs love. There were bathroom doors that did not lock; rugs that need replacing, furniture that needs replacing. In one of the bedrooms, the linens were very dirty as if they had not been changed from previous renters, which was disappointing considering we are still dealing with covid. In the kitchen, there were broken refrigerator drawers and faucets. We had to figure out how to get tv reception it seems they might have been not used for a while. Again the house has great bones just needs some sprucing up to make it more comfortable. We had a wonderful family vacation.

This was a really amazing home. Excellent location and really close to the activities we enjoyed while we stayed. The office person, Ms. Mary Quiles, was amazing to meet in person. She is very lovely and I felt welcome. We plan on recommending (we already shared at home vacation rentals with family and friends) this home and this company to others who plan to travel to the orlando area.

Overall the stay was fine, it was the rental experience that was completely frustrating.

The communication was lacking and extremely frustrating, especially after my final payment was made. My first frustration was having my original rental taken away due to the owner putting the house up for sale, I understand that was out of the management company s control but I was not given any choices in a new rental and it was not in the same area as the original rental which caused a lot of difficulties with transportation- as this rental was for my sons wedding.

We enjoyed our stay but we did have some problems Id like to share with you:
The stair rail was broken on arrival, which is a safety hazard!
The back porch was not clean...pool cover just thrown in the corner of the patio,
The grill was present on arrival.....was told that was an extra charge and I want to make sure I was not charged,
We had multiple problems with TVs and TV remotes....some problems were never resolved and we even found one remote under a bed with a missing back and missing batteries,
And there were only 2 pool cues with tips on them.

As I said, the visit with my family was great and the house had plenty of room for all of us, the lack of communication just made the experience less enjoyable and more stressful.
I will probably not rent from At home vacation rentals again.
