Unfortunately this was thanksgiving week even thou they came out to repair it they were not able to get it working so dinner at the house was a bust and the pool Jacuzzi was not working if you turned on the bubbles it would drain so we couldn't use it mind you they said the pool people would come and look at it they never came so that a bust

This property was great for our group of 10. The property has 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and then two bedrooms that share an adjoining bathroom. It was fantastic! The home was clean but the carpet could use a deep clean from being used as a rental. The kitchen has enough plates and utensils. Could use a few more pots and pans but it’s ok. The oven doesn’t reach temperature even after 30 minutes or more. The stove top works fine though. It would be nice to have a few more towels. The pool area was clean and the pool was fantastic. The wifi didn’t work right away but we called the management and we got it working with their help. Very helpful and responsive.

This is a spacious and beautiful home my family and I really enjoy the stay. Just the air conditioning turns off automatically and the house gets warm and also the drying needs maintenance because is not drying properly. Other than that is super recommended.

This was a very spacious beautiful home! We loved all the bedrooms and not having to be cramped inside a house. It was very easy to find off of I-4 and in a gated community. It also had a community pool and playground. We did not use either of those features but it was available. The outdoor pool was a nice, large pool with a hot tub! There was a specific bathroom out by the pool which was great. We had paid for heat prior and it was NOT ready when we arrived. I did send a message day 2 and it was working by end of day 3. The hot tub never did got to be used as a hot tub-the pool was always warmer. The screens in the pool area were also broken and we ended up with extra guests- squirrels, butterflies, birds etc. it also did NOT have any pool/beach towels. The house limited you on towels-I had asked for extra and never got any. I ended up going to Walmart and buying extra. For the amount the cleaning fee was, the house should have been cleaner. Carpeting had several stains and in a few of the bedrooms, you could tell it wasn’t vacuumed at all. A few toilets had mold in them.
Overall, it is a great house and in a good location- it just needs some TLC.

Wonderful time with family and friends. Great location, near parks, shopping, movies, etc.. Safe area for walking.

The Villa was spacious but many standard items were damaged or not working and the management company were very unhelpful and slow to respond.
The Villa carpets were stained throughout the Villa. The dishwasher wasn’t working our entire stay of 2 weeks. Many light bulbs around the villa were not working. We were a party of 8 adults - there were only 2 wine glasses and the kitchen had very few pots for cooking.
The pool area had 4 screen nets damaged and in need of repair. The spa light didn’t work.
We paid for a gas bbq rental and it eventually arrived over 1 week into our stay.
There is no landline phone in the Villa which was inconveniencing for non US visitors like us.
AVHR were quite unresponsive to our appeals for maintenance and I would not recommend them as a management company.

The rental was spacious and very clean. Lots of space. The rental agency was available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this home for a big family. Located between Tampa and Orlando in a secured gated community.
